Job Description:
We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a reliable and organized Project Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will focus on ensuring our properties meet project timelines and quality standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in real estate project management and property oversight. The Project Manager will conduct bi-weekly property check-ins, provide updates, and ensure project milestones are met.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct two-week check-ins at properties to monitor progress and assess condition.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring all milestones are on track.
- Communicate with contractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Identify any issues or delays and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Regularly report on the status of each property and provide insights on any required adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate project management or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for site visits.
- Knowledge of Pittsburgh’s real estate market is a plus.
- Technologically savvy
- Has a smart phone to take pictures with the ability to upload to a Google drive or similar tool.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
