Job Details:We have exciting employment opportunities for Electrical Journeymen and Foremen who can work independently from a Scope of Work or management-provided instructions. Collaboration with the Electrical and Automation Teams is essential. 5+ years of electrical experience preferred.

Salary:

Journeymen: 30-35/Hour

Foremen: 35-40/Hour

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret drawings & schematics.

- Submit as-built field markups during projects.

- Mentor apprentice electricians.

- Interface professionally with company and client project managers.

- Test electrical/electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.

- Install, examine, replace, or repair wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, and lighting.

- Install electrical circuits per NEC standards.

- Perform conduit fabrication, 3-phase work, motor terminations, control wiring, troubleshooting, and panel work.

- Maintain physical ability to perform required tasks (lifting 50 lbs, walking up to 1/2 mile on job sites).

- Climb ladders, use fall protection, and operate manlifts when required.

- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

- Pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings.

- Maintain a safe work environment.

- Construction and industrial electrical experience required.

- Journeyperson certification/licensing preferred.

- Willingness to use digital tools (e.g., SimPro) for timecards and work orders.

General Requirements:

Work environment: office, shop, and customer site locations.

- Exposure to outdoor conditions, flammable materials, and hazardous substances.

- Physical demands include climbing, walking on uneven terrain, and working in variable weather.

- Travel up to 50% (local and overnight).

- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours. Overtime as required.

Office: Washington, PA (must reside within a 60-mile radius for local Journeymen but can live anywhere for traveling Journeymen).

Assignment: Pennsylvania Tri-State area (or further as needed)
