Job Title: Property Maintenance Tech.

Location: Munhall, PA (and surrounding areas)

Hourly Rate: $22.5 - $30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Job Overview

Join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician, where you'll be the backbone of our property management operations! This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who can handle a range of maintenance and repair tasks with professionalism and pride. Your work will directly enhance the comfort, safety, and appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Handle painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry.

Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure they’re in optimal condition.

Preventative Maintenance:

Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance to prevent larger issues.

Maintain records of completed tasks and report on any areas needing further attention.

Groundskeeping & Exterior Upkeep:

Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and walkway repairs.

Ensure outdoor areas, including decks and patios, are safe, clean, and inviting.

Troubleshooting:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and resolve issues efficiently.

Identify, diagnose, and repair issues in a timely manner, escalating major repairs as needed.

Inventory & Supplies Management:

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.

Coordinate with management for ordering additional supplies and parts as necessary.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in property maintenance or a similar role, with experience in general repairs, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Skills:

Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical repair.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Knowledge of tools and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management.
