Job description
Busy, high-end residential remodeling company in seek of lead carpenters to run projects in Pittsburgh & surrounding areas (Sewickley, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, Treesdale).

Applicant must possess the following criteria to be considered for this position
Minimum of 5 years experiance as a Lead Carpenter and 10 years total field experiance in renovations and remodeling
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Manage and schedule Sub-Contractors, Carpenters and Laborers
Maintain high company standards and craftsmanship
Create safety strategies and enforce company safety rules
Diversity in experiance whether its framing, trim, cabinetry etc. Candidates will be fluent in all phases
Good at communicating with managers, subs and clients
Valid Drivers Licence
Pass background check
Able to lift 80+ lbs
Must be okay with working off ladders/no fear of heights
Self motivated individuals only with a positive attitude
This position has a 90 day probationary trail period
