Part time maintenance person needed for light duty maintenance. Skilled in general broad based duties. Light and plumbing fixture replacement (wiring and plumbing by contractor), drywall/plaster repairs, cabinet install, snap in flooring, light drain clog clearing, painting, punchout list, etc.
This is a great position for a retired person or one looking for extra income. NO EMERGENCY calls. No set hours as this is an "as needed" position. 21 unit building on Perry Highway. This is also not an employee position.
You will receive a 1099 at end of each year. $20/hr for 1st 10 hrs (To show you have the skills), $25/hr there after.
