Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining organized and efficient spaces? We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Lot Attendant to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operations of our vehicle lot.

At Strategic Auto Works, we don’t just say that we are “the fleet specialists” because it sounds fancy. We actively manage 3 different fleets that total around 100 cars, trucks, and buses. Our technicians have a combined 96 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, and all are PA inspection/emissions-certified. We work on all makes and models of cars and light trucks, as well as some service on medium trucks and motorcycles.

S.A.W is currently looking to hire a Full Time Lot Attendant for its para-transit transportation program in the North Hills. We are located on Route 910 in Indiana Township near Hampton/Gibsonia/Harmarville. The Lot Attendant will be able to maintain the cleaning and detailing of fleet vehicles. previous Lot Attendant experience preferred. Schedule will be either Saturday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Sunday with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Park and arrange vehicles in designated areas to optimize space utilization.

Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the management team.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including removing debris and trash.

Coordinate with other team members to manage incoming and outgoing vehicle flow.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fueling, tire pressure checks, and basic cleaning.

Support in snow removal and other weather-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous Lot Attendant experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 21 or older

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
