Job Description:
Facilitate a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for toddlers in the childcare setting.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Foster positive relationships with toddlers and create a supportive classroom community.
Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
Qualifications:
YOU DO NOT NEED A DEGREE OR TEACHING CERTIFICATE FOR THIS POSITION
Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting preferred.
Knowledge of toddler development and best practices in early childhood education.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
