Customer Service Associate/Packer
Pay: $16.00/hr
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, health insurance, 401K available once hired on!
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate/Packer
Receiving inbound call from client and fulfilling requests
Taking orders, creating quotes
Packing items as needed
Daily invoicing and data entry of customer and vendor information
Data entry and other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate/Packer
High School Diploma or GED required
Familiarity with computers – Outlook and Excel – and the ability to learn other programs
Knowledge of inventory systems a plus
Inside sales experience a plus
