This is a full-time, onsite, first-shift role (with some scheduling flexibility) supporting all tooling and die-related functions for the facility. The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for:
Optimizing die setup and alignment within stamping presses to maintain strict dimensional control and product quality.
Proficiently interpreting complex engineering documentation, including 2D blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D CAD models, to accurately guide manufacturing processes.
Diagnosing and resolving tooling malfunctions and process variances through root-cause analysis to sustain consistent part quality and reduce scrap rates.
Partnering with Engineering and Production teams to implement process improvements and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
