Job DescriptionPharma Data Strategy and Governance InternThe Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.The Pharma Data Strategy and Governance Intern is responsible for supporting Human Health by assisting with data extraction, transformation, quality assurance and descriptive data summaries using patient data. The Intern must exercise good professional judgement at all times, recognizing that their work may bring them in proximity of proprietary and confidential information.Responsibilities may include though are not limited to the following:

Elicit data requirements from team members

Extract and transform data assets

Prepare descriptive summaries of data assets in numeric, table and graphical forms

Documentresults,present findingsand make recommendations

Requirements:

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025

Enrollmentin a bachelor’s degree program inData Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, MBA, or an equivalent scientific/commercial discipline

Curiosityabout how data is used to inform business decisions

Effective time management and communication abilities

Working knowledge ofone or more of the following:Python/R/SQL

Ability to present key findings, both written and oraland make recommendations to team member

Ability to operate in dynamic, transforming environment
