Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionThe robotic welder will read blueprints and work orders, set up products onto the robotic welding station, and program/operate the robotic welding cells. They will also inspect, grind, and finish parts to ensure quality. They may also perform manual welding (primarily MIG). It is also expected that every employee will be cross-trained and utilized in other areas when needed. This may include press operation, fabrication, or simple assembly tasks depending on workload. 2nd shift 4:20 pm to 2:50 am Monday to Thursday. Train on days M-Th 6a-4:30p.Hard Skills

Candidates who apply themselves can develop into anything they want within the company. The plant manager started in an entry-level position, and the company invests in their employees' development through additional training, schooling, and certifications. Core Values include Respect, Integrity, Humility, and Teamwork. The successful candidate will train on days with a more built-out team but will initially be the only welder on 2nd shift. They must be able to work independently once trained. Lifting over 40 lbs will require a teammate. Tasks may be completed independently. The company is a job shop for metal stamping, so jobs will change regularly. Dress Code: Wear layers, long work pants required at all times, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses.
