Job Title: Experienced Landscaping Foreman
We are a growing landscaping company seeking a highly experienced and motivated Landscaping Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. We’re looking for someone who can help us continue to build a strong team while overseeing multiple landscaping projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple landscaping projects from start to finish.
Plan and coordinate tasks for crew members, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Order materials and ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, team members, and management.
Meet and exceed project deadlines and KPIs.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the landscaping industry.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be able to provide professional references.
Ability to plan, schedule, and execute projects effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
