These are permanent opportunities for someone looking to build a career in retail management.These are not temp assignments.Adecco is currently recruiting for career-minded individuals to work in leadership roles at gas station/convenience store locations in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.Available positions include:Manager - Up to $60k annually plus 10% monthly bonus.Asst Manager - Up to $45k annually plus 5% bonus.Supervisor - $16-$18 per hour.Job duties vary by position but generally include the following:
Oversee the convenience store, gas station and lottery operations.
Coordination with other managers to make sure all shifts are covered.
Comply with programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Develop team members.
Execute processes for food safety standards.
Managers and Assistant Managers should expect a 46-hour work week and involvement with payroll, inventory management, pricing and promotions, and other tasks.Requirements
Prior experience in either a gas/lottery/convenience store or in a quick service restaurant. At least 1 year for supervisors, 3 years minimum for assistant manager or manager.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year experience of supervising others required for assistant managers and managers, preferred but not required for supervisors.
Ability to work with no supervision.
Managers and Assistant Managers must be available to work all days/shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.All positions require an enthusiastic attitude, the ability to positively impact the store culture, and a commitment to treating all associates fairly and with respect.The employer offers:
