Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Barista to join the team in our fine-dining room, Aurelia.

About the Position: In the Barista role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee/other beverages and food/baked goods to customers. You will also responsible for porter responsibilities throughout service, receiving China, glass and silver, polishing and returning dining supplies to the proper location.
About You: You are energetic, highly motivated, and have a passion for hospitality where pleasing our guests comes naturally. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking skills, and are willing to work as part of a team.
Essential Duties:
Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, blended coffee, and tea, to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested
Serves prepared foods and baked goods
Ensures customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items
Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and seating and service area.
Stocks supplies or retail products; may inventory, order, or receive products as directed.
Qualifications:
Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
Prior experience a plus but not required
Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
