F & B Positions Local Yacht Club

General Utility F and B - Ida Lewis Yacht Club in Newport, RI is looking for a general utility employee to join our team for the Summer 2024 Season. We are located on 170 Wellington Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Provide general labor before, during, and after Club events, including moving, setting up, and breaking down tables, chairs, and decorations. General cleaning, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down tables, etc. as needed. Running food, bussing tables, and providing other food service related assistance during Club grill nights. Taking out trash, recycling, and compost to proper bins. Replacing liners, etc. Back up bartenders with ice, glassware, replacement trash cans, and supplies, as needed (bar back). Available full time from June to early September, helpful if available part time as needed in May and early October. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
