About the Position:
Sushi and Raw Bar Cook: In the Sushi and Raw Bar Cook role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing raw seafood dishes, focusing on sashimi, tartares, sushi rolls, and other creative raw fish presentations. This role blends artistry, precision, and technical expertise to enhance our menu offerings and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
