Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the on-site assembly of manufactured housing alongside a Construction Crew Lead.
Perform manual labor tasks in specified areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization for efficiency.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints accurately to complete tasks with precision.
Maintain communication with coworkers to facilitate smooth workflow and project completion.
Utilize various hand, air, and electrical tools proficiently to accomplish assigned duties.
Qualifications:
No prior experience needed; comprehensive training provided.
Able to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
