We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable cleaner to help keep our common areas and office in impeccable condition.
Part-Time Cleaner (with potential for full-time in the future)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (some flexabilty in schedule if needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, office, etc.)
Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents when needed
Ensure high cleanliness standards for all facilities, including restrooms, windows, and flooring
Respond to cleaning needs as directed by property management & maintenance supervisior
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience, especially in a luxury or hospitality setting, is preferred
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings
Reliable transportation
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
