We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Residential Services team.
We are looking for an individual who can:
Assist and direct property upgrade efforts - from flipping a vacancy to overseeing a complete apartment upgrade
Can manage and implement process development - we are growing and understand and value collaborative efforts!
Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking
Well-versed in the trades of electrical, plumbing, painting, and general construction.
Have a "can do" attitude with tasks ranging from landscaping to a down to the studs remodel - we do it all.
The bulk of our portfolio is in Pawtucket, RI.
Compensation is based on experience, and all submissions received are held in confidence.
