Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Machine Operator to operate Robodrill Vertical CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CNC operations and be responsible for efficiently producing high-quality machined parts while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Robodrill Vertical CNC machines to machine parts to precise specifications.

Load and unload parts from the fixture, ensuring proper setup for each production run.

Machine parts according to detailed blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Change tools as needed during production to maintain the accuracy of the machining process.

Inspect machined parts visually and using measuring instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Perform minor maintenance tasks on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and ensuring proper functioning of equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC machines (preferably Robodrill or similar).

Familiarity with CNC programming and part setup.

Strong understanding of quality control methods and ability to inspect parts.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift parts as needed.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with potential for overtime.

Working in a shop environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.

Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required.

Payrates based off of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Morning shift

Night shift

Overtime
