Administrative support
Scanning
Scheduling
Answering and directing calls.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare documents as needed.
Input data into various databases.
Entering information into RIVERS permit portal.
Experience and Skills
1+ years’ experience in an administrative assistant or related role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Can do, positive attitude.
