Seeking a bookkeeper/ Office admintrator for office in Lincoln RI.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
· Must demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
· Self-motivation with an enthusiasm for working with people is essential
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis in quickbooks
Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments to vendors and in house bills
Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data and work with our outside accounting firm
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years experience - Must have QuickBooks experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Other attributes:
Computer savvy – Word, Excel, Outlook .
We offer PTO. This is a 40 hour work week in the office starting time is 8 am.
