All Cape Appliance is seeking a reliable Experienced Appliance Service Technician to respond to customer calls for household appliance repair and installation needs. You must have knowledge of refrigeration and dishwashing components, stove installation, garbage disposal installation, and cable installation procedures and regulations. Our ideal candidate has vast appliance repair experience, follows all industry safety requirements, and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technology in this field. Excellent customer service skills are essential. National certification and experience with home improvement sales are a plus.
Install, service, and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, dryers, washing machines, and microwaves
Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties they have
Complete billing and invoicing paperwork
Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts
