In-House Senior Legal Counsel (On-Site, Long Island)

A DAY IN THE LIFEWorking closely with the Legal team in the UK, the role will: -Advise the Regional VP and senior leadership on a wide range of commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters affecting the Americas region.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including charter contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership arrangements.Provide strategic legal insight to support new business opportunities, commercial initiatives, and regional expansion.Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, consumer protection laws, data privacy requirements, and other relevant legal frameworks.Manage legal risk across the region and develop practical, business‑friendly solutions to support operational decision‑making.Liaise with external counsel when specialist advice is required.Contribute to internal policy development, training, and best‑practice implementation.
