Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island.Handles incoming and outgoing call for in-house guests and resort purpose.Responsible for communicating all arrivals and departures to relevant parties on a timely manner.Assists the Front Office team with all the internal and external communications.Be fluent with all emergency procedures of the resort as the operator is the main point of contact during emergencies.
