Description We are offering a Part-time opportunity in Warwick, Rhode Island for a Data Entry Clerk. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our databases, managing customer correspondence, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes.Responsibilities: Processing and inputting data into our systems with high accuracy Utilizing your 10 Key Skills to ensure data is entered correctly Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and report creation Organizing files and data in a systematic and accessible manner Scanning important documents and saving them in the appropriate locations Typing reports, correspondence, and other documents as required Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Requirements Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy Familiarity with 10 Key Skills Excellent customer service skills to handle inbound calls and queries Proficient in email correspondence and ability to organize files Experience in scanning and typing documents Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
