Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.If you’re looking for a role that offers true variety, this opportunity stands out. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.Some of your day to day includes:Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks); Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals.Work across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare & Department of Veteran's AffairsConduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence. Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.Prepare timely, high-quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.We welcome new graduates with open arms!Check out our company video if you want to see what IPAR is all about!
