Key Responsibilities:

As our Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Wizardry: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

QuickBooks Mastery: Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks to ensure seamless financial transactions and reporting.

Budgetary Brilliance: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, working closely with the management team to ensure financial goals are met.

Administrative Excellence: Oversee general office operations, including but not limited to supply management, mail distribution, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering teams to ensure accurate project costing and financial insights.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, with a strong emphasis on financial management.

Proficiency in invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks is a non-negotiable requirement.
