Moody Associates, P.A. is a CPA and Consulting Firm headquartered in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Our firm specializes in recovery audit services and prevention controls for Fortune 500/1000 clients worldwide.
As we continue to grow and expand globally, we are constantly in search of highly motivated individuals to be part of our team. Requirements include general office experience, documentation skills, dependability, and attention to detail. Must be extremely organized, as substantial multi-tasking is required. Strong communication/follow up skills are a must. You cannot be afraid to pick up the phone.
Principle Responsibilities:
Responsible for contacting vendors to request statements of account and confirm overpayments.
Contribute to the success of the firm by helping others accomplish job results; learning new skills needed by the team; and finding new ways to contribute to the teams’ success.
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Ability to exercise discretion and make independent decisions
Requirements:
Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel is a plus
Bachelor/Associates degree; or working towards a degree from an accredited College or University
1-3 years’ experience in a professional office setting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong decision-making abilities and documentation skills
Dependability and extreme attention to detail
Must be extremely organized, as substantial multi-taking is required.
