Responsibilities:
- Perform WINDOW GANG's range of cleaning services, including window cleaning using our unique wash & wax process, gutter cleaning with complete removal of debris and checking downspouts, house/building washing to remove mold, mildew, and algae, and power washing for decks, fences, and concrete surfaces.
- Conduct roof washing using a chemical soft wash process, dryer vent cleaning to prevent fire hazards and improve efficiency, and chimney sweeping to remove creosote and soot buildup.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies, including responsible operation of work vehicles.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and customers, providing education and information about our services.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance in line with our dress code and personal appearance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of WINDOW GANG's service standards and procedures. Training available.
- Teamwork skills, positive attitude towards colleagues and management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment if required
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and adherence to driving and safety policies.
- Openness to training and guidance.
