Barrier Island Docks is looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our dock-building crew in the Charleston area. We construct docks, walkways, and marine structures throughout the Lowcountry and value workers who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Pay: $18–$20+ per hour, with opportunities to earn more based on your effort, reliability, and contribution to the company.
We’re looking for someone who works well outdoors in all weather, shows initiative, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn. Construction or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required. Leadership potential is strongly valued.
