About the Role:
As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our residents, ensuring their safe and reliable transportation to appointments, events, and other destinations. You will work closely with our leadership team to meet the community's transportation needs while fostering positive relationships with residents.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to and from designated locations.
Maintain a clean and functional vehicle.
Communicate with the leadership team to coordinate transportation schedules.
Occasionally pick up shifts outside regular business hours, as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A friendly, patient, and service-minded attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
Compensation:
