We are small community based car rental company poised to become a franchise seeking an experienced Office Manager to run our North Charleston office About us: DriveAway Rentals www.driveawayrentals.com
Responsibilities will include:
1. On and off-boarding customers
2 Accounts Receivables and providing refunds.
3. Managing mechanics work flow
4. Auto-parts and supply chain procurement
5. Brand Ambassador taking in-bound calls and making reservations.
6. Monthly updating of titles and tags.
7. Managing Insurance claims.
8. Managing support team, including Office Assistant, data entry, field help, mobile mechanics, tow car pick-ups and delivery points.
Candidate must be detail orientated, organized and able to multi-task while being personable with the public.
Requirements 40 hour week with over-time hours available after 5PM along with weekend work.
The position has future upward career opportunity by transitioning into helping setup franchise offices in the Southeast and nationally.
