Light Commercial Facility Maintenance Work: Starting @$23 per Hour , based on experience.
Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to drywall repairs, light plumbing, minor electrical work, painting and carpentry within commercial facilities. Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment and building systems as directed. Respond promptly to service calls and work orders. Identify and report any potential facility issues or safety concerns to Supervisor. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role, with a focus on commercial facility maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and work instructions. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and company protocols. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage time, and paperwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation and posses a Valid driver's license.
