This role is perfect for a team player who is willing to work in the field when necessary, provide leadership, and foster growth within the team.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of approximately 10 healthcare professionals (CNAs, RNs, LPNs, Social Workers, Chaplain)
Oversee admissions/intake activities
Process prescriptions
Schedule patient appointments
Conduct meetings with facilities for inpatient care coordination
Qualifications:
Valid SC RN license
2-year Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Preferred experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health
