Position: Traveling Painting Technician
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Based locally with national travel
Type: Full-Time
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced painters proficient in:
Spraying, back rolling, rolling, and cutting
Line Striping
Operating lifts (a plus, not required)
Troubleshooting and scheduling projects
Leading teams and communicating effectively
Using tablets and modern job-site technology
Responsibilities Include:
Prepping surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming)
Applying finishes (paint, stain, etc.) using various methods
Ensuring color accuracy and consistency
Protecting surrounding areas from paint damage
Performing touch-ups and minor repairs
Following all safety protocols
Inspecting and maintaining equipment
Meeting deadlines with attention to detail
Lifting/moving equipment and standing for extended periods
Interacting professionally with clients and coworkers
Pay & Benefits:
Starting at $18/hour, based on experience and travel flexibility
Weekly pay
Insurance available after 60 days
Potential raises and paid holidays after 1 year
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass background check
