Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards.
Lead internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Oversee in-process and final inspections, ensuring all products meet specifications.
Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues, complaints, and audits.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to maintain a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management (preferred).
5+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (and/or IATF 16949, ISO 13485, as applicable).
Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, and Six Sigma.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma certification a plus.
