General construction, knowledge of reading blueprints, experience with framing, able to operate power tools with safety can care.
Must have endurance for working outdoors. Should be able to lift 50 pounds and be willing to safely manage powered tools to complete tasks. Prime candidates are capable of safely operating heavy equipment such as a forklift, bobcat, and excavators.
The construction role is to practice all forms of Gunite swimming pool building and renovation with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
Construction of Gunite swimming pools/working with various types of stone and tiles.
Excavation, rough and fine grading
Spread stone, soil, gravel, etc
