Then this job may be for you. We have a lakefront property with a cafe, boat ramp, AirBnB and much much more and we are looking for an Adventure Coordinator to ensure the activities run smoothly and efficiently. Location: Greenville, SC 29611
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you need to have a hands-on attitude and should be familiar with handling food, restaurant operations, and a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You must be available to work within opening hours (Thursdays-Sundays to start), including weekends and holidays. Your experience and stellar attitude will increase profitability, boost customer engagement, and turn our location into a bustling spot year round.
Responsibilities:
-Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays - part time hours that could turn into full time)
-Nurture friendly relationships with customers and staff to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
-Manage the day to day activities of the cafe, bait shop, boat ramp, kayak and paddle board rentals.
-Customer Service oriented
-Strong Math, reporting skills and record-keeping
-Manage costs and inventory, Ordering basic, local supplies.
-Calculate future supply needs for all facets of the business.
-Manage store’s vendor relationships
-Developing menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preference with Management
-Excellent communication skills necessary to communicate effectively with remote staff and ownership.
