Weatherford is hiring a Quality Control Documentation Specialist for our Greenville facility. The Quality Control Specialist will be working within a supportive, inclusive team in a fast-paced, progressive environment. Quality Documentation Specialist will be responsible for compiling and uploading documentation into Weatherford systems ( Web Center Content & Supplier Database)
Manage Calibration Management system (TMDA system)
Communication with supplier to retrieve if there are any missing documents (COC, MTR etc)
Creation of COC, as needed
Required:
1+ years’ Quality Documentation experience preferred
Competent in the use of computer software applications used for administration, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe
Experience creating Purchase order requisition
Experience scanning, uploading, and maintaining records
Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a high energy environment
Preferred
Proficient in reviewing mill test reports, NDE reports, and other quality documentation.
Knowledge on purchasing module of JDE/Oracle
Experience in Oil & Gas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Capable of working with minimal supervision or direction
