We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caretaker Landscaper to maintain and enhance the beauty of a private 42-acre estate. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone with a passion for landscaping, horticulture, and property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns, gardens, and wooded areas, ensuring a pristine and well-kept appearance
Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and seasonal care
Maintain irrigation systems and manage water conservation efforts
Care for ornamental plants, trees, and shrubs
General property upkeep, including pathways, driveways, and outdoor structures
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
Handle light handyman tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or estate maintenance
Knowledge of plants, soil management, and pest control
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean background
