Job Opportunity: Production Operator with Gunnebo in Duncan, SC

As the Production Operator you are responsible for operating a 30-foot assembly line including placing pallets on a manual lift table, moving them down the line, and completing part assembly accurately and efficiently. You will report directly to the Plant Manager. Other responsibilities include:
Electromechanical assembly and pre-assembly of small and medium-sized components.
Wiring and connection of electrical and electronic components.
Testing of the semi-finished product and the finished product.
Aesthetic control of the components before and after assembly.
Ability to troubleshoot when something does not work.
Minor Soldering could be required.
Maintenance of workstations and assembly stations.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate flexibility and the capability to collaborate withing multicultural teams. Other requirements include:
2-5 years’ experience with Mechanical Assembly preferred.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot as required.
Ability to read blueprints to assemble.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency and dexterity to adapt to working with manual and power tools is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
