Job Summary:

We are seeking two skilled Mechanical Technicians with a strong background in mechanical engineering and mechatronics. This role focuses on the integration of mechanical systems with electronics and software to enhance operational efficiency. As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our advanced mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electronic systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.

- Repair or replace components in mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, valves, and bearings.

- Perform regular calibration and alignment of machinery for optimal performance.

- Collaborate with team members on equipment installations and upgrades.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and parts inventory.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical engineering or related role

- Mechatronics certification is highly preferred.

- Technical certification or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, and pneumatics.

- Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and technical information sharing.

Additional Skills:

- Experience with machine tools, filters, oils, and other mechanical equipment.

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in demanding conditions.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, 10-hour shifts with nights as needed.
