Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in GREER, South Carolina. This role operates in the logistics industry and requires someone who is well-versed in handling complex tasks akin to solving a puzzle and thinking outside the box. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring constant interaction with various computer programs and management systems.Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and provide appropriate responses or solutions. Utilize CRM software to keep track of customer interactions. Operate IBM AS/400 system to process and manage logistics-related tasks. Ensure efficient communication with all parties involved in the dispatch process. Use the 'About Time' management system to optimize operations. Perform billing functions accurately and promptly. Use ADP - Financial Services for accurate financial transactions. Solve complex problems using strategic and creative thinking. Keep up-to-date records of dispatch activities. Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with quality standards.
