Customer Service Team LeadHealthcare services company in Fort Mill is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead. 9am-6pm M-F. Temp to perm. $16-17/hour.RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for ACD lines (Call volume, facilitate dialers, watch idle time)Oversee team and update metric reportsMotivation and Information Daily AM emails and Huddles on the floorTraining staffOpen/close officeWork incoming calls and escalated callsProcess payments and approve fee waivesApprove reset and Account Combinations accountsSet up new accounts through the portalEnsure proper procedures are usedFollow-up work including call outsBack up preparing Weekly Metrics reportAssist, train, and mentor new hiresREQUIREMENTS 1+ year of Team Lead experience in a call center settingProficient knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and web browserAbility to multi-task, answer multiple phone lines,Effective customer service and problem solving skills.Work responsibly both independently and with team members.Self-motivated and dependable.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
