The ideal candidate should be well versed in the day-to-day operations of a signature steakhouse kitchen, and should have prior experience in curating and executing a menu that celebrates the land’s bounty. This role will collaborate daily with our Chef de Cuisine, Restaurant General Manager, and Executive Chef.
