To deliver on these objectives, the analyst will have to demonstrate and/or acquire understanding of Visa’s business and corporate objectives under Vision 2030. The role covers the CEMEA region which offers a diverse learning experience through an engagement with internal and external stakeholders and partners of Visa, both functionally and regionally, to ensure program success. The Role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to identify opportunities to solve problems. Moreover, the analyst must be a dynamic team player with exceptional project management skills, the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously as well as have experience working regionally or even globally across cultural, geographic and time zone boundaries. Essential Functions:Support the development and execution of key social impact programs, most notably:Ongoing development and enhancement of our financial education and digital skills platformsPartnerships with key clients and stakeholders in the CEMEA region to provide financial education assets and assistance to external partners, in partnership with other Visa functionsKey regional programs aligned with Social Impact and Corporate Affairs strategies in priority marketsSupport key measurement programs and initiatives across the Social Impact teamUnderstand the Social Impact landscape and identify (and report on) trends that are relevant to Visa’s social impact strategy, programs, and objectivesHelp drive Social Impact thought leadership by monitoring key trends and developments in the ecosystem and relaying relevant information to internal constituentsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
