Perform routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines and

facility

Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens). Programming not required.

Trouble electricity up to 480v

Adjust film tension as needed to improve performance

Maintain production on the line, troubleshoot and correct issues on the line as quickly as possible to maintain production.

Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs on production equipment during production and during scheduled downtime.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities

Use a variety of hand and power tools, Volt meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Analyze, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical AC/DC controls, Power distribution, troubleshooting and electrical installations

Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents.

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Maintaining the operation of and troubleshooting baking machinery and equipment

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.

Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to troubleshoot equipment.

Perform Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time.

Repair, install and program VFD’s.

Work in CMMS (FIX) system
