GRILL COOKS & FOOD SERVICE LEAD WORKERS (SUPERVISORS)
The Grill Cook takes orders for grill food items, cooks and prepares the order, and gives the order to the customer. Providing quality service is essential to customer satisfaction for this position. Cross-trains at other stations at the location. Mostly works in front-of-house.
The Food Service Lead Worker (Supervisor) is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. May be responsible for scheduling and delegation of duties. Trains and guides staff on job duties.
