We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to help oversee a medium-to-large multifamily property in Conway, SC. This is a 1099 contractor position offering $25/hr.
Requirements:
Prior multifamily property management experience is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with
- Managing timely rent payments
- Posting late notices
- Handling tenant move-outs and, if applicable, potential court ordered move outs
- Coordinating and monitoring contractor workflows while staying within an approved expense budget
